Step 1
Fix The Plate Of In-door Unit
Open The In-door Unit And Measurement The Plate Size And Put On The Wall Put The Marks With Pencil On The Wall Where You Can Drill And Install Your Plate With Screws.
Step 2
Measurement Hole Size
Measurement The Size Between Pipe And Plate That Is Exactly Your Hole Size Where's Your In-door Gas Pipe And Drain Pipe Go Out Side The Room.
Tip.
Hole With A Drill And Always Use Hilti Drill And Use The 1 Feet Long And 16mm Bit That Is Much Better And Easy For A Hole In The Wall.
Step 3
Make Copper Pipe Flares
Come Out Side Adjust Your Out Door Unit And Then Open Your Copper Pipe And Copper Pipe Is Coming With Air Conditioner Then You Don't Need To Make Flare.
If Copper Pipe Don't Come With Air Conditioner In The Box Then You Need To Make Flare On Copper Pipe With Flaring Tool.
Always Make Good Flares That is 99% Chances To Decrease Leakage Of Gas Of Your Air Conditioner.
Step 4
Tight The Gas Pipe Nuts
After Making The Flares You Want To Tight Your Indoors And Out Doors Gas Pipe Nuts.
Always Use Two Screw Wrenches When You Tight The gas Pipe Nuts.
Step 5
Open The Gas
After Tight The Gas Pipe Nuts Open The Gas Where You Need L.Key Almost Two Types Of L.KEYS Use Most 4mm And 5mm.
Always Open The Small L.KEY Wall First And Release The Air That Is In The Pipe.
Step 6
Connections
Remember If You Install A Simple Air Conditioner That Have Only Two Wires.
1 Is phase That Mark On Ac Sign Of L.
And Another IS Neutral That Sign Is N.
And If You Install A Inverter Ac Always Remember Which Terminal You Tight In Indoor Unit Same Tight On Out Door Unit Because Inverter Has 3 Wires And 3rd One Is Called Signal Wire.
Step 7
Start The AC
Put The Plug In Socket And Start The AC.
